Therapy Services
I offer teletherapy sessions through a secure video platform for people throughout the NY and NJ area. I also have an office in Livingston, NJ and can meet in person on Tuesdays. Additionally, I am a member of PSYPACT, which allows me to practice in the majority of states.
Sessions are typically held on a weekly basis and are 45 minutes long. I have daytime and limited evening hours available Mondays through Fridays.
Payment/Health Insurance
Please call for rates. The fee for sessions is payable via credit card, check, or Zelle. I am an out-of-network provider, which means I offer receipts that can be submitted for reimbursement if you have benefits through your health insurance provider. Many of my patients get a significant portion of their session fees reimbursed through their insurance companies, and I would be happy to talk you through this process.
